Request regarding student group reservations

During busy periods, please limit your seating time to approximately 40 minutes. If you wish to stay longer, please contact us in advance.

If you have any special requests, such as allergies, we will place a place card (with details of the changes) and the food at your table. Please be sure to check that the changes are correct before your meal. If there are any issues with our service, please inform a nearby staff member before your meal. We will prioritize accommodating your allergies.

On busy days, we may not be able to accommodate significant layout changes or place card changes on the day itself. If there is an error on our part, we will correct it immediately.

・There may be changes in other groups' schedules before or after your scheduled time. We will inform you in advance, and we would appreciate your cooperation in such cases.

Regarding meals for tour guides, they will be served the same menu as the group and will eat together.

• The crew meal will be a chef's choice menu item at ¥550.

We cannot accept menu changes or cancellations on the day of your reservation. If you have any dietary restrictions, please contact us by the day before, and we will consider your request at the same price. Changes made on the day of your reservation may incur additional charges or may not be possible.

• We will do our best to accommodate menu changes for customers who are feeling unwell on the day of their appointment. Please feel free to consult with us. (Please ask our staff about things like ice packs and resting areas.)

Wheelchairs are available for free (one only), and reservations take priority.
