Request for group reservations

・If there are special requests for allergies, etc., we will place a place card (stating the changes) and a product on your seat. Please be sure to check that there are no problems with the changes before eating. If there are any issues with the response, be sure to speak to a nearby staff member before eating. Allergy responses will be given priority.

・On busy days, we may not be able to accommodate major changes to the layout or seating arrangement on the day. If there is an error on our part, we will respond as soon as possible.

・There may be changes in attendance due to other groups entering or leaving before or after the scheduled time, so we will notify you in advance and ask for your cooperation in such cases.

- Regarding meals for tour guides, they will be seated and eat the same menu as the group.

・Crew meals will be our store's recommended menu @ 550 yen.

We cannot accept menu changes or cancellations on the day of your reservation, so if you cannot eat certain ingredients, we will consider the change at the same price if you let us know by the day before. If you make changes on the day of your reservation, there may be cases where an additional fee will be charged or we may not be able to accept the change.

・We will try to accommodate menu changes for customers who are feeling unwell on the day of the event, as much as possible. Please feel free to ask. (Please ask staff about ice packs, rest areas, etc.)
