    All lunches on both sites can be loaded and delivered.

    * Lunch box orders must be placed by 3pm the day before.

    *For large orders, please place your order at least 3 days in advance.

    *Delivery areas include all of Osaka Prefecture, Nara Prefecture, Hyogo Prefecture, Kyoto Prefecture, and parts of Wakayama Prefecture.

  • Cancellation Policy

    ■For loaded items, a full cancellation fee will be charged from 4 days before the loading date. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged from 1 week before.

    *Please note that this item is made to order, so we apologize for any inconvenience.

    ■For bento delivery, a full cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel after 13:00 the day before. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made 3 days prior.
